It was a wonderful evening on the longest day of the year. In what Steve referred to as “Sneaky Hot”, 261 awesome individuals took to the carriage trails of Lake Minnewaska to enjoy a majestic run on a beautiful, but different, course from previous years. For those who missed the 4 mile uphill at the beginning or the daunting hill right at the end I’m sure Minnewaska would love to have you return once the trail re-opens.

Registration is now open for the Summer Solstice Run 14K Trail Race!!!
The race starts at Lake Minnewaska and runs along incredible cliffs, circles pristine glacial lakes, and through blooming mountain laurel. This is one of the most beautiful runs, anywhere.

First practice for the Youth Track and Field Club will be May 1st at the SUNY New Paltz outdoor track 5:30pm to 7pm. If you have not signed up yet dont worry about it. Everyone is welcome. – Steve S

Friday night track workouts at SUNY New Paltz’s outdoor track. Warm up begins around 6pm with faster running to begin at 6:30ish. All are welcome!
This Friday 3/21/14 the Friday Night Indoor running workout on the SUNY New Paltz Wellness ctr track will start at 5:30pm-7pm. The college is still on break and the bldg closes early. Its open to all have been getitng about 25 people ages 9-78! Contact Steve at ssrun54@aol.com to get your name on the list 🙂
